In order to qualify for funding, an organization must meet and agree to the following criteria:
• The services or project for which funding is sought must be performed or located within Dallas County, Texas and provide for the care, development or welfare of children.
• The agency governance and control of funds are located in Dallas County.
• The agency has served Dallas County children 18 years or younger for a minimum of three years prior to the date of the application.
• Funding must be used for the specific project/program as described in the application.
• If funded, the agency will place a Crystal Charity Ball member on the Board of Directors in an Ex-officio capacity for the entire length of the funding period. If the Board of Directors meetings are held outside of Dallas County, Texas there must be an option to attend meetings virtually.
• The agency will agree to coordinate all fundraising efforts for the project with the Crystal Charity Ball.
• The Agency agrees to provide an annual written report beginning no later than Wednesday, March 5, 2025, and throughout the duration of funding, detailing the implementation and use of the funds requested.
