For 37 years Vogel has helped stabilize homeless children and their families by moving them toward housing and employment through programs that include high-quality early childhood education, developmental and mental health services, and family support.
Crystal Charity Ball funds will be used over two years to underwrite the salaries of teachers and administrators at the new Vogel childcare center in The Shops at RedBird. The RedBird redevelopment is a groundbreaking initiative connecting employment, resources, and strategic partnerships for revitalization in southern Dallas. Each year, 134 children ages 6 weeks through 5 years will receive quality childcare and education through Vogel’s nationally accredited therapeutic early childhood programming, which promotes children’s cognitive, emotional, and social development.
