HHM Health is a faith-based, patient-focused community health center, providing quality, compassionate, and connected healthcare for uninsured and underinsured families. Medical services offered by HHM Health include pediatric, women’s health, dental, family and behavioral health, and vision care.
Crystal Charity Ball funds will purchase, outfit, and staff a mobile pediatric clinic designed to provide high-quality and holistic healthcare to newborns, infants, children, and teens. The mobile clinic will be parked in parking lots at schools, community centers, and churches to guarantee that accessible, culturally sensitive, and affordable care is delivered to patients in locations across South Dallas. Approximately 2,300 patients, ages 0-18, will be served annually.
