Cristo Rey Dallas College Prep is a private faith-based high school located in southeast Dallas. It equips students from households with limited economic means with the knowledge, character, and skills necessary to succeed in college and beyond. Each student participates in the Corporate Work Study Program all four years of high school. Students work in businesses and organizations across North Texas, learning valuable professional skills and earning much of their high school tuition.
Crystal Charity funds will build the capacity of the Corporate Work Study Program through the purchase of additional shuttle buses for student transportation to workplaces. Funding will also provide salary support for three new shuttle bus drivers and two new account managers to coordinate the increased number of students using the new shuttles. Funding for covered shuttle parking is also included. Five hundred Cristo Rey Dallas high school students will benefit from this expansion project.
